Is there a minimum order amount?

No, there is no minimum order.

How do I pay for a home delivery order?

When you place an order online for home delivery you'll be asked to submit your credit card details (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), or pay via Paypal.  

When are orders delivered?

Orders are delivered according to area -

KIAMA & GERRINGONG: Every weekday.


Orders must be placed before midnight to receive next day delivery. You are also able to nominate a specific future delivery date.  

Can I choose the time of delivery?

If you have a preferred delivery window (eg 10am to 1pm), please enter this in the "Special Instructions to Rosebank" on the cart page. 

If, however, we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements. 

How will my goods be packaged for delivery?

At Rosebank Meats, we are committed to providing a service that has minimal impact on the environment. 

Your order is boxed with re-useable Gel IcePaks.  Refrigeration of your order is recommended within 30 minutes of delivery.

Your order is transported to your home or workplace in our climate controlled van, which is approved by NSW Food Authority.  We do prefer that someone is present to collect the delivery and refrigerate it as soon as is practicable.  If this is not possible, we ask that you leave an esky outside to receive your delivery. Please include details in the special instructions field of your order should this be the case.

Is there a shipping fee for home delivery?

Should you choose the Gel IcePak delivery option, shipping is free for orders over $50.00. 

Orders less than $50 incur a $5 delivery fee (plus GST).

What do I do with the packaging?

Our Gel IcePaks are reusable, and we encourage our customers to return the products to the delivery driver on subsequent orders.  

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, your order is able to be cancelled prior to leaving the store for delivery.  Please contact the store on (02) 4232 1952 before 10am on the day of delivery to cancel your order.  Your refund will be processed via the method used to pay at the time of ordering.

How can I ensure that I will be happy with the delivery of my order?

At Rosebank Meats, customer service and satisfaction is our ultimate priority.  If you are unhappy with any part of our product or service, please contact us immediately to discuss refund or replacement.
