Lamb Chump Chop
These firm lamb chops are taken from the rump of the lamb at the point where the top of the leg meets the loin. Considered to be the equivalent of a rump steak in beef, these chops are plump and generally lean.
For best results, cook these chops on the grill, BBQ or pan-fry them for 6-8 minutes on each side for best results.
For a quick and healthy dinner, try Lamb Rump Topped with Sundried Tomatoes and Feta.
