These firm lamb chops are taken from the rump of the lamb at the point where the top of the leg meets the loin. Considered to be the equivalent of a rump steak in beef, these chops are plump and generally lean.
For best results, cook these chops on the grill, BBQ or pan-fry them for 6-8 minutes on each side for best results.
