Lamb loin chops, when cooked quickly on a grill or BBQ, develop a caramelised crust and a pink juicy centre.
Brush the chops with oil and season. Cook for 3-4 minutes each side on a hot grill. Allow the lamb to rest after cooking for a tender and juicy result.
